This year’s voting of the “Great ads for good” exhibition, historically premiered during the Cannes Lions International Festival, were launched in June and stayed open over three month until September 30th on greatadsforgood.org allowing a greater number of people to participate.

8,800 votes honored 15 winners across 5 themes : Environment, Solidarity, Human Rights and Education and our special focus on the COVID19 campaigns.

The Tributes are the “people’s voice for favourite ads for good causes”. They are elected every year since 2006 and highlight agencies’ outstanding campaigns. They enable ACT Responsible to fulfil its mission to widely share good practices and key messages in support of a better and sustainable world.

Great ads for Good ↓

This digital exhibition gathers some of the best advertising campaigns created around the world concerning social and environmental issues from around the world. Historically premiered during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in June in Cannes, France. This year, because of the pandemic, the exhibition has taken a virtual form allowing a greater number of people to navigate through five galleries highlighting four main topics: Environment, Solidarity, Human Rights and Education. There is also a special focus on the COVID19 campaigns created in support of the unprecedented period that we are experiencing.

Together we are facing a pandemic, and together we are witnessing injustice and the degradation of our planet. There’s an urgent need for us all citizens, corporations, institutions, governments and associations to unite and stand together in order to face today’s challenges. This way we will come out stronger. This is the main theme of the 19th exhibition composed of 62 campaigns created by 50 agencies from 26 countries for 55 advertisers.

The idea behind this exhibition is to show how the advertising community plays a role in raising awareness around social and environmental issues. While discovering this amazing collection, vote for your favorite campaigns and take a stand by sharing them on social media. This call for action is to increase the visibility of challenging issues and inspire change in us to do more, differently, better …
